Six Sentence Sunday 
I don’t like hearing a guy say, “I’ll never let you down.” Inevitably, they do. I wonder what his troubles are? Did he look at her when he said this? My guess, his gaze shifted and couldn’t look her square in the eyes.
Carrie, love the second time around is tricky as Emily finds out very soon. Thanks, my constant reader.
Who is he trying to convince? Her or himself? Nice tension here!

Nice six that immediately makes me wonder what’s going to go wrong.
It’s hard to believe such big pronouncements. Promises are easy, actions are much harder. A person doesn’t change that quickly.
